Following the terms and conditions, customers agree to use Package Perfection if they are visiting their website. It is up to Package Perfection if they will modify their terms and conditions at anytime. Instead of sending a confirmation email that users need to cancel within 24 hours, Package Perfection displays information about their profile on the homepage, including how many custom created boxes have been sent out for free. Our materials are not shared and sold to other parties.

The website is cleared that ownership of everything on the website belongs to Package Perfection and any attempt at copying, storing, republishing, distribution or transmission without legal permission will be expressly rejected.

User Conduct on Our Website:

Package Perfection and its’ users are permitted to utilize our website but you agree not to upload, share, publicize or give out any objectionable or illegally obtained content. You also agree not to infringe on any third party’s diploma or distribute content that may be unlawful.

Package Perfection is a marketplace and not a content creator. Customers may post blog posts that are indecent, unlawful or abusive; Package Perfection will not be held accountable.

Package Perfection has the right to remove any material that is indecent, abusive or unlawful which violate terms and conditions or are thought of as objectionable. It’s not their duty to remove such content that violates terms, although they have all the authority to keep it on our website or to reveal it if needed incidental to a court order. If a claim needs to be brought up (a) stick to judicial process; (b) make a case for it under the terms of service; (c) reply with an assertion about how the content disobeys the rights of third-party rights holders; or (d) keep the rights, wealth, and safety of our website and its customers.

We request that you explicitly allow us to send our products to your email address by providing the correct information on your website. If you violate our terms and conditions, we consider any misuse illegal and will take appropriate action.

If you are a customer and place an order on our website, you assure that you have all the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to place an order for custom made products. You also assure that if you experiencing anything with our website as a customer, there will be judicial proceedings.

You are only responsible for keeping your password secure. If someone uses your account to place an order on our website, we will be removing the payment information and any access to content that was made public by you or anyone who had access to your account on our website.

In order to provide services, the website needs your contact information. The website has a right to ask for any other information that is needed.

We require you to be responsible for your password and personally to not give it away in any public environment. Your privacy is also very important to us and we take every step necessary to protect it.

Package Perfection highlights that they collect data from users who use their website. They promise to store any personal or business information as described by their privacy policy, and they acknowledge that the user agrees to this.

Indemnification & Limitation of Liability:

In spite of this contract, Package Perfection may take legal action against you in the event that your use or printing of our products is deemed to violate any individual’s rights. In such a case, you agree to compensate and hold us harmless from any loss, harm, destruction, or vandalism which arises from any claim (1) we safeguard ourselves against any asserts (2) we win every lawsuit; and 3) for legal fees and expenses which are required to be paid to us.

The company will not be liable for any injury or death that may occur during the use of our website because of any accident, act, result from the usage of our services. The company should not be held accountable for any different causes of damages.

In no event will our responsibility for losses and damages not related to the services provided exceed the amount you paid Package Perfection.

Return and Refund Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with the finished product or if it doesn’t meet your specifications, please contact us within 3 business days. We will reprint your order at our expense, but we will not be refunding the cost of the products. Sending any photos of a defective product outside 7 business days can result in it not being reprinted. Due to production time and labor costs, there is a charge for orders needing expedited service.

Payment Order Placement, Cancellations:

Our company sells products starting in USD. The company starts processing your order, but payment must be received with the total cost of your order including taxes and shipping. Payment on orders is only available via some authenticated source.

If a customer orders items from your press department, you will send to them final form of the product or services via electronic file or hard copy of the ordered product. The printing task for the items and services are sent to the press department once you’re sure about what you want from us. After sending to the press department no changes are made in anything regarding timing, design and what not. We will email them once the submission is approved – in 4 hours after proof approval. If they want to cancel their order witching the 24 hour time limit (the same day) they can only do so at a 50% price and they lose out on whatever work was done because of their order that day.

Design Orders:

If a refund is needed for the transaction, due to being unhappy with the work, Package Perfection will provide one. The total sum of the payment was not refundable under any circumstance and it can only be done in the event of design services.

Sales Tax Policy:

In order to reduce their tax liability, Amazon is shelling out a delivery fee on orders placed in Illinois. They also need to see your sales tax exemption certificate when you place the order, if you are exempt.

Customers Submitted Artwork/Files:

Our designers need your digital artwork in 300 dpi for things like posters, T-shirts, and billboards. The company doesn’t need to know all the details of what kind of artwork you need, but it needs to use CMYK colors and they need to be generated in the specific size they require.

You take all possible precautions to avoid losses from your order, but if it’s not what you wanted due to orientation or sequence, the customers are to blame. If you’re unhappy with your printed work for any reason, contact our company’s customer service and we’ll work out a resolution together.

It is possible that TheCustomeBoxes.com may decline an order in our opinion but rest assured that we only print material which is not offensive, indecent or abusive. When you place an order with the company as a customer, you understand and agree to any orders we don’t produce.

Proofs and Color Accuracy:

When the order placement process is fulfilled, we send the company a final version of the product or services in electronic or hard copy form. You should remember that turnaround times for orders on our website are effective after proof approval.

Please go through the proof provided before agreeing to it. Please look for any formatting changes, spacing errors, and mispronounced text in your design file. If there are any issues with transparency or overprinting, please contact the company prior to printing. The company is not responsible for the final product if you continue with the proof without realizing there were issues.

Customer is fully responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof:

The company cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color of your actual printed product. Some colors may be too light or dark due to the limitations of the process as well as old photos and pictures using a certain color. You can also request hardcopies for a cost that is higher than just ordering a soft proof, which is sometimes preferable to see how everything will look in the final design.

No Liability for Errors:

Package Perfection is not responsible for errors in the final printed product that would be caused by any printing companies mistakes, such as:

  • Spelling and Grammar mistakes, Font Mistakes
  • Graphics punctuation, percolating marks
  • Erroneous fonts, Die lines, cropping marks. Cracks in folds
  • Over printing errors
  • Difference in finished product size

Gang printing:

Our company doesn’t use the combined or gang printing technique on the majority of their products. According to the printing requirements of our customer, we can use any printing technique which is well-suited to them.

Overruns Under runs:

The company normally delivers the exact amount of ordered products along with an extra amount. This extra amount of the product delivered is free of charge. In case of fewer products delivered or under run, the company will just deduct the amount of the delivered products. The company walks behind a general rule of delivering 5% extra or less quantity.

Production Speed, Shipping and delivery of orders:

With a production time of 2-10 weeks, you can select an order with a shipping date from our website. If your order hasn’t shipped within 10 days and the forecasted weather changes, then you can request a reprint and we will deliver your product to you as soon as possible. If there is any delay in printing during production, the charges will be refunded.

You decide to bill the entire amount of custom duties and fees when shipping to respective locations. As a customer, it is your duty to clear amounts of custom for shipping the product outside USA. The company provides 10 to 12 days for shipping the product while 6-8 days for accelerated shipping (with 2-3 days for ground shipping) to any location within USA having no weight or quantity limit. Shipping to extra locations will cost you extra charges. The company is not responsible for the delivery transportation timings, and loss or damage which are done during the shipping process. Legally, the company is not liable if anything happens during the shipment process but if an error on your part occurs, we will charge additional shipping and handling charges for re-shipment.

Changes to our Website and Terms and Conditions:

Package Perfection will be able to make any changes in our website, Terms and Conditions, and T&Cs with or without any notice of the customers. The new changes will take effect as they are part of the terms at Package Perfection. A user who is using our website after these new changes do apply are considered to have agreed to these changes.

Signup for Free-Re seller Program:

Package Perfection offers up to 40% off on standard quotes that can be increased with reseller sign ups. You can work with our sales reps when picking your order or email Sales@PackagePerfection.com and ask for a form under the subject heading: Re-Seller Form Required. We will send you this form within 24 hours of your request. Submit the form to us, or to your accounts manager.

We want to provide new customers and resellers in the United States with competitive rates for our product.

*A re-seller may sell the product through its own brand, channel, website or stores, and Package Perfection may help create marketing materials for the re-seller to use in marketing the products.
